Welcome to Allurion Clinic. The clinic in the Netherlands that is fully specialized in the new Allurion Gastric Balloon. Moreover, our clinic is under the direction of a so-called bariatric doctor. This is a doctor who specializes in obesity and its various treatments. Dr. Aarts leads the treatment team and performs the placements.
Allurion Kliniek Amersfoort is located in clinic WeightWorks, Ruimtevaart 50 in Amersfoort.
There is opportunity for free parking behind the building.
WeightWorks is on the A1 (Amsterdam – Amersfoort – Hengelo) highway a short distance from exit 13 and is located on the third floor, in the same building as Bergman. From the highway/exit 13, you can follow the signs Bergman to our building.
After you enter the building, you can take the stairs or elevator to the third floor. As you exit the elevator, the WeightWorks / Allurion Clinic outpatient clinic is directly on the left.
Over the past 13 years, Dr. Aarts has gained extensive experience in guiding patients with (severe) obesity to a healthy weight. In 2014, he received his PhD on this topic from Radboud UMC.
The Allurion Clinic has been the first Center of Excellence clinic in the Netherlands since 2020. This means that we are the specialist in the Allurion Gastric Balloon program.
